Joining a dynamic, highly motivated senior leadership team this is a key appointment in the organisation having responsibility for the development of a brand proposition that is compelling and reflects and represents the impact that SOS Children’s Villages UK help to make. You will also offer strategic support and oversee relationships with influencer and political networks, to ensure audiences are informed, knowledgeable and positive about the aims, policies and impact of SOS Children’s Villages UK.
The role will suit a Branding and Communications professional who has an active interest in the work that SOS Children’s Villages UK carry out. Experience within international development within the charity/not-for-profit sector would be beneficial, although not essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with the creation and delivery of brand proposition which has positively impacted on an organisation. A strong background in communications, both internal and external, is key, to include media and partner relationship skills, at both tactical and strategic level.
